SXJS-III Tan Delta Tester
The High Voltage Tan Delta Tester is intended for dielectric loss testing of insulation systems in high-voltage electrical equipment. It is applicable to transformers, instrument transformers, bushings, capacitors and surge arresters, covering routine insulation assessment needs in substations, power generation facilities, transformer factories and electrical service departments. It can also be used during installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance.
The instrument adopts a variable-frequency testing method and integrates automatic frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion and digital data calculation. Its power source delivers 45 Hz and 55 Hz pure sine waves and can automatically apply test voltage up to 10 kV. With a capacitance measurement range of 3 pF to 60000 pF, it provides a practical solution for field dielectric loss testing where strong electromagnetic interference may be present.
