The YDJ High Voltage Test Equipment Series combines an SXTC Series Control Unit with a compatible YD Series Test Transformer to provide a configurable solution for electrical insulation withstand testing. Different control platforms and transformer structures are available to accommodate a range of requirements in power equipment manufacturing, electrical inspection, industrial maintenance, and high-voltage laboratories.

Control Options for Different Operating Needs

The SXTC series provides four control configurations:

1.SXTC-I Manual Control Unit: A straightforward operating solution with pointer or digital display.

2.SXTC-II Electric Control Unit: Designed for electric control operation with pointer or digital display.

3.SXTC-III Automatic Control Unit: Supports automatic control, with Chinese-English display and an optional USB interface according to configuration.

4.SXTC-IV Industrial Computer Control Unit: Provides computer-based operation and display for users who prefer an industrial computer interface.

Transformer Options for Different Installation Conditions

The YD series offers several transformer configurations, allowing users to consider insulation structure, voltage rating, capacity, and operating environment during system selection.

1.YDQ(Z) Gas-Insulated Test Transformer
Uses SF6 gas insulation and offers listed single-unit voltage ratings from 50 to 500 kV.

2.YDJ(Z) Oil-Immersed Test Transformer
Uses transformer oil insulation and offers listed single-unit voltage ratings from 50 to 200 kV.

3.GTB(Z) Epoxy Resin-Insulated Test Transformer
Uses epoxy resin insulation and offers listed single-unit voltage ratings from 50 to 100 kV.
