The motor comprehensive test system is suitable for various tests on AC motors, DC motors, and variable frequency motors with capacity ranging from 0 to 10000kW and voltage class from 0 to 10kV after production inspection and maintenance.
The test bench is composed of an industrial acquisition computer, test power supply system, test control system, sensors & signal conditioning modules, data acquisition hardware & software, numerical operation processing software, graphic display & operation software, test report generation, waveform/measurement result storage and printing software. It features multi-channel, multi-function, and high-precision measurement.
Suitable for AC, DC and variable frequency motors with power of 0~10000kW and voltage of 0~10kV. Supports both factory delivery inspection and post-maintenance test, integrates all motor test items in one system.
Multi-channel synchronous data acquisition for three-phase voltage & current, real-time monitoring of current fluctuation impact. Test data, waveforms and test reports can be stored, exported and printed completely.
Data collection, calculation, frequency/voltage/load stabilization are automatically controlled by computer. It cuts manual errors and labor intensity greatly and improves testing efficiency.
Adopts variable frequency & variable voltage startup mode with no impact on public power grid. Equipped with matched 60Hz test power supply; power consumption from grid is no more than 180kW under full-load test of 400kW motor.
