SXBZ-II full set transformer test system is an integrated comprehensive testing solution independently developed for distribution transformer factories, laboratories and power utility inspection departments. It complies with IEC 60076, ANSI C57 and related international standards, and supports full routine tests for transformers of 500kVA and below. The system integrates measuring, control, voltage regulation and high-voltage testing units, featuring modular free combination, easy installation and stable operation. Main core components adopt Schneider brand to guarantee long-term reliable operation.

• Dual control modes: Manual push-button control as standard; PC automatic control with Windows software optional, supporting one-click automatic test, data auto storage, query and report printing.
• High measuring precision: Power measurement accuracy up to 0.3%, turns ratio accuracy 0.1%, winding resistance accuracy 0.2%, fully meeting international transformer test standards.
• Multi-layer safety protection: Overcurrent protection, zero-start interlock, emergency stop button, independent grounding fault circuit, sound & light alarm during test, multiple hardware & software interlocks to avoid high voltage accidents.
• Full digital real-time monitoring: Separate digital meters display three-phase input voltage/current, output voltage, power frequency HV, induced test voltage, current and frequency.
