The Power Transformer Frequency Response Test System is used for transformer winding testing by comparing frequency response characteristics related to the internal winding structure. Under normal conditions, the three-phase frequency response curves of a transformer have a basically consistent coupling relationship. If the winding structure changes due to inter-turn or inter-phase short circuits, operating faults, coil displacement or transportation impact, its distributed parameters and frequency response may also change.
To accommodate different testing requirements, the system provides six frequency scanning modes. Linear scanning is available from 1kHz to 1000kHz or 2000kHz with different step settings, while segmented scanning can start from 100Hz. The equipment is designed for 63kV-500kV transformers and is suitable for transformer manufacturers, substations and related organizations.
