Product Description

Product Introduction

The Automatic High-Current Temperature Rise Test System is developed for evaluating the thermal performance of electrical equipment under controlled high-current loading conditions. It combines high-current output, precision measurement, multi-channel temperature acquisition and automated test control in one integrated testing platform.

With AC/DC output and programmable test functions, the system can be configured for different temperature-rise testing requirements across electrical manufacturing, switchgear testing and power equipment laboratories.

Key Testing Capabilities

  • High-Current AC/DC Output

Delivers stable high-current output for continuous-load temperature-rise testing of electrical components and assemblies.
  • Smooth Current Regulation

The output current can be adjusted continuously, allowing operators to establish the required test level without abrupt changes.
  • True RMS Measurement

True RMS measurement technology enables accurate monitoring of current and voltage during the test process.
  • Low-Distortion Output

The system generates a standard sine-wave output with THD ≤0.3%, supporting stable and repeatable electrical loading.
  • Multi-Channel Temperature Acquisition

Available with 12, 24, 48 or 64 temperature channels, making it possible to monitor multiple measurement points simultaneously.
  • Automated Test Management

Automatic mode can manage current loading, timing and temperature monitoring, reducing manual intervention during long-duration thermal tests.
