The integrated transformer test bench is a full-set professional testing system independently developed by Sansion Power Electric Co.,Ltd. It complies fully with IEC 60076, IEC 358 and IEC EMC standards, specially designed for 3000kVA & 5000kVA dry-type power transformers with 11kV/433V and 33kV/433V voltage levels.

The whole system integrates measurement unit, control console, power supply unit, high voltage hipot source, intermediate frequency DVDF generator, sampling cabinet and intelligent data management software. It realizes one-stop automatic testing covering all mandatory factory inspection items of power transformers, replacing scattered single testers and greatly improving factory testing efficiency and data accuracy. All test data can be displayed, stored, printed and exported via computer, which meets strict factory quality inspection and third-party calibration requirements.

  Support manual push-button operation for quick simple tests and automatic computer control for full batch testing. Real-time digital display of three-phase voltage, current, frequency and all test indexes.

• Complete Multi-layer Safety Protection

  Built-in over-current protection for no-load & hipot test, emergency stop mushroom button, sound-light alarm during operation, zero-voltage interlock of regulator to avoid accidental high voltage output.

• Automatic Data Calculation & Report Output

  Software auto converts loss & impedance data to rated temperature; supports A4 laser printing and permanent data storage. All test records can be archived for quality traceability.
